Jordan received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and went on to pursue specialized training in pelvic floor therapy through Herman and Wallace, one of the most respected pelvic health continuing education programs in the country. She is trained in both intra-vaginal and intra-rectal examination and treatment, and is certified in dry needling for the full body and pelvic floor.
Jordan built her practice around one of the most underserved populations in healthcare: people living with chronic pelvic pain. She understands that conditions like endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, and colorectal disorders are complex, often misunderstood, and frequently dismissed by the broader medical system. Her work is focused on filling that gap. She is proficient in rectal balloon training, has completed independent studies on perinatal patients and vaginismus, and brings a depth of knowledge to chronic and complex pelvic pain conditions that is difficult to find in a general PT setting.
Jordan's approach is rooted in the belief that an informed patient is an empowered one. She takes the time to make sure every person she works with truly understands what is happening in their body and why, because patients who understand their condition heal better and advocate for themselves more effectively. She is committed to creating an environment where your pain is taken seriously, your questions are welcomed, and your experience in the clinic feels nothing like the appointments that left you feeling unheard.
In addition to her clinical work, Jordan serves as an anatomy instructor at Palm Beach State College, bringing the same passion for education into the classroom that she brings to every patient session.
Outside of the clinic and classroom, Jordan loves spending time with her family and their three pets, a dog and two cats who she will absolutely show you pictures of if you ask. She enjoys getting out on the golf course, exploring new restaurants around South Florida, and finding any excuse to be with the people she loves. She believes that a full and joyful life outside of work makes her a better, more present clinician inside of it.
